This policy explains what personal data ClearMindRestart collects at clearmindrestart.com, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. Questions go to hello@clearmindrestart.com.

1. Who we are

ClearMindRestart operates clearmindrestart.com and sells digital wellness programs. For data protection purposes we act as the controller of the personal data described below.

2. What we collect

• Quiz answers. The options you select (for example age band, how long something has been going on, how much time per day you have). Answers are stored with your lead record so we can send you the right program.
• Contact data. The email address you submit to receive your access link, and anything you write to us by email.
• Billing data. Handled by our payment provider. We receive the subscription status and the last four digits/expiry of the card — never the full card number.
• Campaign data. UTM parameters and advertising click identifiers (for example utm_source, utm_campaign, fbclid) taken from the URL you arrived on, so we know which campaign brought you.
• Technical data. IP address, user agent, page URL, timestamps, and basic event logs.

We do not ask for and do not want clinical records, diagnoses from your doctor, insurance identifiers, or government ID numbers. Please do not send them.

3. Why we use it

• To deliver the program you asked for and to run your subscription (contract).
• To send your access link, service notices, and program updates you can unsubscribe from (contract and legitimate interests).
• To provide support and handle refunds (contract).
• To measure and improve advertising, only where you have accepted marketing cookies (consent).
• To keep the Service secure and to meet legal and accounting obligations.

4. Cookies and advertising measurement

The site works without marketing cookies. When you first arrive you see a banner with Accept and Decline. Until you accept, no advertising pixel is loaded and no event is forwarded to an advertising platform.

• Strictly necessary storage. Your cookie choice and your session UTM values are kept in your browser's local/session storage. These are required for the site to behave correctly.
• Advertising measurement (after consent). We use the Meta Pixel and the Meta Conversions API to attribute quiz starts, plan views, and sign-ups to the campaign that produced them. Events carry a generated event ID for deduplication. When you submit your email, it is hashed with SHA-256 before it is sent for matching — the plain address is never transmitted to the advertising platform.

You can change your mind at any time by clearing site data in your browser, which brings the banner back, or by writing to us.

5. Who we share data with

• Hosting and database providers that run the site and store lead records.
• Email delivery providers that send your access link and program emails.
• Payment providers that process subscriptions.
• Meta Platforms, for advertising measurement, only after you accept marketing cookies and only in the hashed/pseudonymous form described above.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with data brokers.

6. International transfers

Our providers may process data in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves your region we rely on the transfer mechanisms our providers put in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep it

• Lead records with quiz answers: up to 24 months from last contact.
• Subscriber and billing records: as long as required by tax and accounting law.
• Event and server logs: up to 12 months.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to withdraw consent at any time. California residents may request disclosure or deletion and may opt out of sharing for cross-context behavioural advertising — declining the cookie banner exercises that opt-out here.

Send requests to hello@clearmindrestart.com from the email address on your record. We answer within 30 days. If you are in the EEA or UK you may also complain to your local supervisory authority.

9. Children

The Service is for adults 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has given us data, write to us and we will delete it.

10. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Access to lead data is limited to people who need it to run the Service. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects you we will notify you as required by law.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The "Last updated" date shows the current version, and material changes are announced by email to active subscribers.
